Got the Hawaiian pizza with the garlic knots, and have been having heinous diarrhea since. I don't know if it was the pineapple or what, but overall I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

I had to go hunt the delivery driver down to my parking lot of my apartment and when I found her, she was very rude and hateful cussed me out which I have on video when I called the store to complain. The general manager told me there was nothing he could do other than remake my food and send it back and when I asked to have an email for the franchise owner, he told me no and told me that coming to speak to him at the store would do no good.

If I could give them no stars, I honestly would! I had an issue with the order that I placed online so I returned to the store to let them know that it was a problem with my pepperoni cheesy bread. For some reason there was no pepperoni on it. As I walked in, I encountered a worker who said his name was David. David seemed very uninterested in what I had to say and he was extremely dismissive. After I told him what my issue was, He immediately addressed the Customer that had walked in right behind me. After helping the other customer, David walked to the back, still hadnt said a word to me, he then came back up and printed out my previous ticket for my order. He laid the ticket down and pointed at the No pepperoni that was in the order for my bread. He stated that since the order was placed on line, it was my mistake and they WILL NOT redo my bread. I asked for the manager in which he stated she was busy. The manager then walks up, let out a slight chuckle and turns her back toward me. I asked how was I able to get in touch with the area manager. The manager then wrote the information down on a piece of paper and had another employee lay it down on the counter in front of me

This is the second Domino’s I’ve been to in the past 2 weeks. I got bacon and tomato chicken (the quality was fine but they didn’t give me a full portion) and the pepperoni cheesey bread. There is almost nothing inside the cheesey bread! When I order the spinach and feta bread it’s almost over full but with the pepperoni cheesey bread it doesn’t have anywhere near as much. And the bread is almost still dough. This is my favorite Domino’s store and it’s upsetting.

Crust was completely burnt and spinach was falling apart from being so over cooked. We called and they refused to correct their actions, saying that their pizza is always the same.. There was also no sauce and barely any cheese. The manager was absolutely unbothered by our concerns and continuously told us “that’s how the pizzas always are.” Never once apologized or cared to fix their mistake (or even admit that they may have made a mistake.) she told us that next time we need to ask for our pizza to be pulled out of the oven early if we don’t like it fully cooked. Absolutely awful customer service and careless employees. Disappointing.
